By using the Poly Tutor application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please stop using the App. · 使用Poly Tutor應用程式（以下簡稱「本應用」）即表示您同意本服務條款（以下簡稱「本條款」）。如果您不同意，請停止使用本應用。

  • Video tools · 影片工具：bilingual video playback with transcription and translation · 雙語影片播放，含轉錄和翻譯
  • Audio transcription · 音頻轉錄：speech-to-text transcription of recordings · 錄音的語音轉文字服務
  • Translation · 翻譯：machine translation between languages · 語言之間的機器翻譯
  • AI text generation · AI文本生成：AI-generated reading materials for language practice · AI生成的閱讀材料，用於語言練習
  • Notes · 筆記：personal study notes · 個人學習筆記
  • Cross-device sync · 跨裝置同步：sync your learning data across devices · 在不同裝置之間同步學習數據

2. Account Registration & Security · 帳戶註冊與安全

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account · 您必須提供有效的電子郵件地址以建立帳戶
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account · 您有責任維護帳戶的安全
  • One account per person · 每人限一個帳戶
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. Users under 14 require explicit guardian consent · 您必須年滿18歲方可建立帳戶，或已獲得父母或監護人的同意。未滿14歲的使用者需獲得監護人的明確同意

  • Attempt to circumvent AI safety measures · 試圖繞過AI安全措施
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the App · 使用自動化工具、機器人或腳本存取本應用
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App · 反向工程、反編譯或反彙編本應用的任何部分
  • Share your account credentials with others · 與他人共享帳戶登入資訊
  • Scrape or extract data in bulk from the App · 從本應用大量抓取或提取數據

4. AI-Generated Content · AI生成的內容

The App uses artificial intelligence to provide language learning assistance. You understand and agree that: · 本應用使用人工智能提供語言學習輔助。您理解並同意：

  • AI responses are for language learning purposes only and do not constitute professional, medical, legal, or financial advice · AI回覆僅供語言學習之用，不構成專業、醫療、法律或財務建議
  • AI-generated content may contain errors, including incorrect translations, grammar explanations, or factual information · AI生成的內容可能包含錯誤，包括不正確的翻譯、語法解釋或事實資訊
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content · 我們不保證任何AI生成內容的準確性
  • You should verify important information independently · 您應該獨立驗證重要資訊

5. User Content · 使用者內容

You retain ownership of content you create in the App (texts, notes, vocabulary data, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, sync, and process your content as necessary to provide the service. · 您保留在本應用中創建的內容（文本、筆記、詞彙數據等）的所有權。使用本應用即表示您授予我們有限的許可，以儲存、同步和處理您的內容，以提供服務所必需。

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the property of Polylingual Development LLC. The App integrates with third-party services including Google, Azure (Microsoft), xAI, Together AI, YouTube, and others. These services have their own terms of service and we are not responsible for their availability, content, or policies. 8. Local-First Data · 本地優先數據

9. Service Availability · 服務可用性

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. · 本應用按**「原樣」**提供，不附帶任何形式的保證。

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or uptime · 我們不保證服務不間斷或正常運行時間
  • We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time · 我們可能隨時修改、更新或停止某些功能
  • Over-the-air updates may change app functionality · OTA更新可能會改變應用功能

10. Future Paid Features · 未來的付費功能

We may introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future. If so, separate payment terms, pricing, and refund policies will be provided before any purchase. · 我們未來可能推出付費功能或訂閱服務。届時，我們將在任何購買之前提供單獨的付款條款、價格和退款政策。

11. Limitation of Liability · 責任限制

12. Termination · 終止

  • You may delete your account at any time through the App · 您可以隨時通過本應用刪除帳戶
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms · 如果您違反本條款，我們可能會暫停或終止您的存取權限
  • Upon termination, your cloud data will be deleted. Local data on your device remains until you remove it · 終止後，您的雲端數據將被刪除。您裝置上的本地數據將保留，直到您自行移除

13. Changes to Terms · 條款變更

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the last updated date. For significant changes, we will notify you through in-app notifications or email.
